Terms of Use

This property is a private villa limited to one group per day. Maximum occupancy is 8 guests.

Elementary school children: half price.

Preschool children: free of charge. However, if bedding/towels are required, please inform us in advance.

All guests are required to complete a guest registry form.

For minors staying without a guardian, a parental consent form is required.

Entry by non-registered guests is not permitted. (Security cameras are installed at the entrance.)

If it is discovered that more guests are staying than declared, a fee of ¥20,000 per person will be charged. (Security cameras are installed at the entrance.)

For consecutive nights, please note that sheets will not be changed and cleaning will not be provided.

After 9:00 p.m., please refrain from loud noises (voices, fireworks, etc.) that may disturb neighbors. If complaints or reports are received from nearby residents, guests may be asked to leave.

Please do not enter neighboring houses or private property.

Garbage will be collected by us, so please be sure to place it in the bins provided. Absolutely no littering in the sea.

BBQ or grilling indoors/outdoors is prohibited. (Indoors, the fire alarm will be triggered.)

You may freely use dishes and cooking utensils provided in the villa. However, after use, please wash them and return them to their original place. If left unwashed, a separate cleaning fee of ¥3,000 will be charged.

Loss or damage to equipment or furnishings will be charged at actual cost.

All equipment and furnishings, including towels, must not be taken home.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property.

Pets are not allowed.

The property is not responsible for any accidents occurring on-site or in adjacent areas, including the parking lot, that are caused by guests. The property is not responsible for loss or theft of guests’ valuables.

In the case of intentional damage or negligence by guests, repair costs will be charged.
